According to news from the website of Ministry of Commerce, the Trade, Industry and Tourism Ministries of Colombia published 117 Resolution on 19 July 2017, announcing the preliminary determination of anti-dumping on Chinese stainless-steel sinks with the weight of below 8kg, and decided to impose provisional anti-dumping duty (tax file numbers, 7324.1000) with 6-month period of validity on relevant products. The way of duty collection: the lowest customs clearance price is limited to USD4.57/kg and the price disparity will be imposed if FOB import declaration prices of relevant products are lower than the limited price.
